Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Winnetka, IL. This role focuses on providing direct behavioral support to students in a structured classroom environment.

Job Details:

Location: Winnetka, IL
Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday
Start/End Date: TBD
Setting: School-based

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and/or small group behavioral support to students
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Support student engagement, safety, and daily routines
Collect and track behavioral data
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
Certification must be current and in good standing
Previous school-based or ABA experience preferred

Compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 to $39.25. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
