Your Daily Role Will Include:
- Providing one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students as outlined in their plans
- Implementing behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining detailed data on behavioral goals
- Collaborating with teachers and school personnel to ensure cohesive support for each student
- Assisting with development and refinement of intervention strategies based on student response
- Participating in meetings and training sessions as needed to maintain best practices
