Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children and adolescents, ideally in an educational environment
• Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and implementation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and record data accurately and confidentially
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one and/or group support to students to encourage positive social, emotional, and academic development
• Collect and track data regarding student behaviors and progress toward goals
• Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families about student progress
• Assist in adapting educational materials and strategies based on student needs
• Participate in school meetings and ongoing professional development
