Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
• Familiarity with principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
• Adaptable, positive attitude with the ability to manage a variety of student needs
• Organizational skills to document progress and behavior interventions with accuracy
• Commitment to upholding student confidentiality and professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate and detailed data on student behaviors and program outcomes
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to students to foster positive behavioral change
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing behavioral strategies
• Communicate behavioral progress with supervising staff and family members as appropriate
• Support classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
