Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
- Familiarity with principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
- Adaptable, positive attitude with the ability to manage a variety of student needs
- Organizational skills to document progress and behavior interventions with accuracy
- Commitment to upholding student confidentiality and professional standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate and detailed data on student behaviors and program outcomes
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to students to foster positive behavioral change
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing behavioral strategies
- Communicate behavioral progress with supervising staff and family members as appropriate
- Support classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
