• Implement ABA protocols and behavior intervention plans developed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect accurate data and maintain thorough documentation on student progress and session outcomes
• Assist teachers and school teams with classroom management strategies and behavioral supports
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment that helps students reach their individualized objectives
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and regular supervision
