Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- Accurately record data related to behavioral interventions and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistency in behavior support strategies.
- Assist with developing social, communication, and academic skills in students by utilizing ABA techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training or supervision as required to maintain RBT certification.
