Job Description

This contract opportunity offers the chance to support students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels. Youll work collaboratively with educators and specialists to provide effective behavioral interventions, helping students achieve academic and social success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Experience working with students in Grade K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12 settings preferred
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and positive behavior support
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with school staff, students, and families
  • Ability to collect data, implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress
  • Adaptability to work within different classroom environments and age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support interventions for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collect and document accurate behavioral data to inform ongoing intervention strategies
  • Follow guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and educational teams
  • Assist in modifying classroom activities and materials as needed to promote student engagement
  • Support teachers in implementing proactive behavior management strategies within the classroom
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff, students, and families to promote positive outcomes
