Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience supporting students in elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) grades is highly preferred
• Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and data collection methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Compassion, patience, and a student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data based on student interactions
• Support teachers and school staff with strategies to improve classroom behaviors
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere for students
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt and respond to the unique needs of students across various age groups and grade levels
