• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in educational or therapeutic settings

• Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new strategies and tools

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group support for students with behavioral needs
• Implement behavioral interventions and reinforcement plans as directed
• Accurately collect and record data to track student progress and intervention effectiveness
• Participate in team meetings and actively collaborate with teachers, families, and staff
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment that encourages growth and confidence
• Provide ongoing feedback to supervising clinicians and respond to coaching
• Adapt to school routines and contribute to the positive culture of the campus
