Qualifications and Experience:
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions with children or adolescents
- Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans within school or clinical settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and supervisors
- Patience, problem-solving abilities, and a student-centered mindset
- CPR and first aid certification (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect detailed behavioral data and monitor student progress
- Assist in teaching communication, social, and adaptive skills in one-on-one or group settings
- Model and reinforce positive behavior in classroom and other school environments
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to refine your practice
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
