Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience supporting children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability within changing educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors accurately
  • Support teachers and school staff with implementing behavior management strategies
  • Maintain consistent communication with supervising clinicians and educational staff
  • Help develop and adapt resources to encourage positive student engagement
  • Promote an inclusive learning environment by reducing behavioral barriers
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to further develop professional skills
