Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability within changing educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors accurately
- Support teachers and school staff with implementing behavior management strategies
- Maintain consistent communication with supervising clinicians and educational staff
- Help develop and adapt resources to encourage positive student engagement
- Promote an inclusive learning environment by reducing behavioral barriers
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to further develop professional skills
