Job Description

You will engage with students Monday through Friday, primarily in the morning hours (8:00 AM to 11:15 AM), with scheduling flexibility to accommodate your needs. The position spans 15-20 hours per week and focuses on helping students achieve their behavioral and educational goals in a supportive setting.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
  • Familiarity with a range of student needs and disabilities
  • Professional, patient, and committed to student success
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow treatment plans

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising clinicians
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
  • Work closely with students to foster a positive and productive learning environment
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other staff to support student goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times
