As a trusted professional in this setting, you will work directly with the student throughout the school day, implementing treatment plans, supporting communication and social skills, and collaborating closely with educators and other support staff. Qualifications:

• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Experience working with young children, especially in an educational or behavioral support role
• Ability to collect data and follow individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills for interacting with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for student-focused behavioral support

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to a Kindergarten student in the school setting
• Implement evidence-based interventions as outlined in the students treatment and behavior plan
• Track student progress, behaviors, and interventions through accurate daily data collection
• Communicate regularly with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and school staff
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for the students academic and social-emotional development
