Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently during flexible morning hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one or within small groups to implement behavior support plans
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive learning environment
- Assist in developing individualized strategies addressing unique student needs
- Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in all interventions
Schedule & Program Details:
- Contract position: 15-20 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 11:15am, with flexibility possible
- Serve students at one school site
- Support a caseload focused on positive behavioral change and ongoing progress
