Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Full-Time | Hoquiam, WA | 2026-2027 School Year
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a school-based team in Hoquiam, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity supporting students with IEPs and helping them achieve behavioral, social, and academic success in the educational setting.
Position Details
Location: Hoquiam, WA
School Year: 2026-2027
Schedule: Full-Time
Student Population: Students receiving special education services and behavioral support through IEPs
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and individualized student goals.
- Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support students with behavior regulation, communication, social skills, and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
- School-based, autism, or behavioral support experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must meet district credentialing and onboarding requirements.
