Desired Qualifications:
- Current national RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in educational or clinical settings
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and behavior intervention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Professional, flexible, and adaptable to changing student needs
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to ethical practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer direct 1:1 behavioral support and skill-building interventions to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Document and collect data on student progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and parent conferences as needed
- Promote a supportive, safe, and engaging classroom environment that encourages growth and learning
- Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to meet student goals
