Desired Qualifications:

  • Current National Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents in an educational, clinical, or behavioral setting preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and data collection
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student behaviors and interventions
  • Provide direct support to students in classroom and small group environments
  • Collaborate with school staff to foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to outlined procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as required
