This onsite position offers full-time hours with an engaging caseload in unique classrooms serving middle and upper elementary grades. Working in a collaborative educational setting near Hayward, CA, you'll play an essential role helping students thrive through individualized and small group behavioral interventions.

What were looking for:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician, or equivalent
• Experience supporting students in school settings (required for Paraprofessionals)
• Clinic experience accepted for Behavior Technicians/RBTs
• Commitment to working the full academic year (8/6/26-6/4/27)
• Experience working with students in Grades K-12, particularly those with moderate/severe needs and alternative curricula, is highly valued

In this role, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group support to students in unique self-contained classrooms
• Implement behavior plans, support intensive learning programs, and provide both push-in and direct classroom support
• Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to ensure student progress
• Foster an inclusive environment where each students growth is the priority
