Qualifications & Experience:

• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and work closely with teachers and other staff members
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative, compassionate approach and dedication to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data accurately to monitor student progress
• Use positive reinforcement strategies and evidence-based techniques
• Communicate effectively with students, school staff, and families
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussion of student progress and strategies
• Respond flexibly to the evolving needs of students throughout the school day
