Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain patient, attentive, and flexible in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• High level of professionalism and reliability

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions under supervision
• Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with behavior analysts, special education staff, and other team members
• Assist in creating and implementing behavior support plans
• Support students in achieving academic and social-emotional goals
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
