Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies

- Capacity to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement one-on-one and group behavior intervention programs as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and progress
- Support the development of students social, academic, and life skills through ABA-based interventions
- Foster a supportive and safe learning environment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Communicate effectively with educational staff and caregivers regarding student progress
