Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school-based team near Greenland, New Hampshire!

This is a great opportunity to support students in a K8 setting while working alongside educators and behavioral professionals to help students reach their goals.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, contracted position
  • 32.5 hours per week
  • K8 school setting
  • Immediate start available
  • Provide direct behavioral and instructional support to students
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect behavioral data and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and related service providers

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral interventions and ABA principles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
