Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working in school settings or with elementary-aged children preferred
- Knowledge of implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with K-8 students, providing one-on-one or small group behavioral supports
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or school-based professional
- Collect data and document students progress towards behavioral goals
- Support classroom management and foster positive student interactions
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers to promote student success
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
