Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active RBT certification in good standing
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and families
  • Strong observation, documentation, and data collection capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Implement individualized behavioral support plans for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related needs
  • Record accurate data and prepare progress reports on student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on intervention effectiveness
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless delivery of student supports
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to foster skill development and independence
