Key Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification, in good standing
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collaborate with supervisors
• Capacity to document and report data consistently and accurately

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to promote positive behavioral change
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student performance and program effectiveness
• Participate in team meetings to review student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Support classroom teachers and staff in maintaining an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging experience for every student
