Qualifications and Experience:
- Current RBT certification with active registration
- Experience providing ABA therapy, ideally in an educational or pediatric environment

- Comfortable collecting data, implementing treatment plans, and following behavior intervention protocols
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability in dynamic school settings
- Dependable, organized, and compassionate approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA
- Support students in classrooms and throughout the school with individualized plans
- Track progress and record data with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary teams to adjust and reinforce strategies
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
