A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential 1:1 behavioral support services within a school setting in Goose Creek, SC. This contract position offers a chance to work directly with students in need of behavioral interventions and contribute to their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students with behavioral challenges.
- Support implementation of individualized behavior plans in both resource and self-contained classroom settings.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student data.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
- Prior experience providing ABA services in educational or clinical settings preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with children with diverse behavioral and developmental needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to working in-person within the school environment.
