Qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience providing ABA therapy in school, resource, or self-contained settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Dedicated to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical standards
• Energetic, patient, and passionate about supporting individual success

Responsibilities:

• Offer direct 1:1 behavioral support for students in both resource and self-contained classrooms
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on student progress toward goals
• Assist with creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with instructional staff and families, sharing behavioral insights and celebrating student growth
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
