Sunbelt Staffing is working with Jeffco Public Schools in Golden, CO to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician (BT) for the remainder of the school year. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive elementary school environment and make a direct impact on student success.
Job Details:
Full-time
32.5 hours per week
5 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 5th
1 school assignment
1:1 student support
Elementary ASD Center setting
Provide behavioral and instructional support throughout the school day
Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans and student goals
Support students with social, academic, and daily classroom activities
Must be comfortable working with physical aggression, hitting, and specific medical needs

Job Requirements:
Active or previously active RBT Certification
Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorders preferred
Experience managing physical aggression and challenging behaviors required
Ability to support students with specific medical needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
