Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Technician

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA Technician to provide 1:1 support for a student in a school-based setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative educational team.

Location: Goffstown, NH
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Through January 2027, with a strong possibility of extension

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to a student throughout the school day
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and ABA-based strategies
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
  • Support students in achieving behavioral, social, and academic goals

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification preferred
  • ABA or behavioral support experience required
  • Experience working with children and/or individuals with special needs
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
