Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Prior experience working with students in Connecticut schools strongly preferred
- Comfort navigating both elementary and middle school caseloads
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral interventions under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress
- Support the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students in school settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff
- Participate in advisory meetings and trainings to enhance your practice
