Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience working with students in Connecticut schools strongly preferred
  • Comfort navigating both elementary and middle school caseloads
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral interventions under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress
  • Support the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students in school settings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff
  • Participate in advisory meetings and trainings to enhance your practice
