In this position, youll work closely with a middle school student who could benefit from one-on-one guidance and behavioral intervention. Your day will be filled with purposeful interactions, as you help the student navigate daily routines, manage behaviors, and experience meaningful progress.
What Were Looking For:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working in a school or educational environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work one-on-one with students who have behavioral needs
- Strong skills in behavior management and supporting daily living tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust with students and staff
- Flexibility, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting middle school-aged learners
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing consistent, individualized behavioral support to one male middle school student
- Implementing behavioral intervention strategies and supporting the student through daily tasks
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to track and report student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation of behavior plans, interventions, and outcomes
- Cultivating a positive, encouraging environment that enables student growth and independence
