Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in educational or behavioral settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both students and multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassion, patience, and commitment to supporting individuals with behavioral needs
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and classrooms with diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement one-on-one or small group behavior intervention plans under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and school staff
  • Collect accurate, daily data to track student progress and inform adjustments to interventions
  • Support classroom teachers to reinforce positive behaviors and foster an inclusive environment
  • Document session notes and provide regular updates regarding student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as scheduled
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all school and district protocols

This position offers a full-time schedule (35-37.5 hours weekly) throughout the academic year, allowing you to build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike.
