Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents in school, clinic, or community settings
  • Fundamental knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families
  • Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed data records as required by program protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement prescribed behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Support students individually or in small groups to increase adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data to track student progress and inform program adjustment
  • Collaborate closely with educational staff, therapists, and family members to promote consistency across learning environments
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on effective behavioral interventions and professional best practices
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in every interaction
