Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active and current RBT certification listed through the BACB website (pending applications are not accepted).
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with a variety of disabilities.
• Comfortable working with behaviors from mild to severe, including aggression.
• Willingness to adapt to caseload details and student ages as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement tailored behavior intervention plans for students within a school setting.
• Track progress and document student behavior and development accurately.
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to promote student success.
• Provide direct support for communication, social, and adaptive skills as indicated by student needs.
• Maintain ethical and effective practices in line with BACB standards.
