Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active and current RBT certification listed through the BACB website (pending applications are not accepted).
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience supporting children or adolescents with a variety of disabilities.
- Comfortable working with behaviors from mild to severe, including aggression.
- Willingness to adapt to caseload details and student ages as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement tailored behavior intervention plans for students within a school setting.
- Track progress and document student behavior and development accurately.
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to promote student success.
- Provide direct support for communication, social, and adaptive skills as indicated by student needs.
- Maintain ethical and effective practices in line with BACB standards.
