Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time school-based opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting.
Position Details:

- Caseload details to be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support to students under the supervision of appropriate school personnel
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress
- Support students with a range of behavioral needs, including mild to severe behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB
- Michigan RBT credentials required
- No pending certifications accepted
- Ability to work with students exhibiting mild to severe behaviors, including aggressive behaviors
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
