Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Experience working with children or young adults, ideally in educational or behavioral support environments
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to follow prescribed behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork
• Reliable and adaptable in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or group behavioral interventions to students in accordance with assigned plans
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data to inform treatment and progress
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to support each students goals
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage appropriate behaviors and foster a supportive learning atmosphere
• Assist in adapting materials and strategies to meet individual student needs
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and training sessions to refine skills and ensure best practices
