Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience supporting children or youth in educational or behavioral health settings
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, educators, and families
  • Reliability, adaptability, and compassion to address varying student needs
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and accurately record observational data on student behaviors and progress
  • Support daily classroom routines and behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure effective carryover of strategies
  • Participate in training and team meetings to enhance skills and program outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture that values all learners
