Were seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with K-8 learners in a supportive school setting near beautiful Exeter, NH. This contracted role offers 32.5 hours per week where youll play a vital role in helping students achieve academic, social, and behavioral goals in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

What Youll Bring:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection techniques
  • Ability to respond adaptively to the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support students K-8 in small group and one-on-one settings to reinforce behavior plans
  • Aid in implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques under supervision
  • Document progress and behavior data, contributing to assessment and planning
  • Communicate observations and progress to supervising BCBA, teachers, and families
  • Assist in creating a nurturing environment to help students meet behavioral and social goals
  • Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality at all times
