Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working in 1:1 and/or group settings, ideally within a school environment
- Previous middle school experience highly valued
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, school staff, and families
- Demonstrated understanding of implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to middle school students individually and in groups
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior outcomes
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school personnel to promote positive behavioral change
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on student development
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that motivates students to engage and succeed
