Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working in 1:1 and/or group settings, ideally within a school environment
  • Previous middle school experience highly valued
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, school staff, and families
  • Demonstrated understanding of implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to middle school students individually and in groups
  • Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school personnel to promote positive behavioral change
  • Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on student development
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that motivates students to engage and succeed
