Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional, patient, and adaptable approach to working with diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy sessions as directed
- Collect accurate and timely data on student behavior and progress
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized behavior plans
- Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff
- Support students in classroom and other school settings, promoting positive social interactions and academic engagement
- Communicate progress and challenges to supervising BCBA and participate in team meetings
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
