Job Description

This full-time contract role centers on providing valuable behavioral support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade. As an integral member of the educational team, you will work closely with educators, specialists, and families to help students thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with students in a school or youth setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students
  • Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
  • Support classroom teachers in implementing behavior support strategies
  • Contribute to individualized education planning under guidance from supervising BCBA and other specialists
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and structured environment for student growth
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
