Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RBT credential in good standing
• Experience working with students at varying developmental stages, from kindergarten through grade 12
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Genuine compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse needs
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, school-based environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data and maintain detailed progress notes on assigned students
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide feedback to guide positive outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members to support each childs behavioral and social-emotional goals
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills and contribute to a positive school culture
