Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RBT credential in good standing
- Experience working with students at varying developmental stages, from kindergarten through grade 12
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Genuine compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse needs
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, school-based environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect accurate data and maintain detailed progress notes on assigned students
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide feedback to guide positive outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members to support each childs behavioral and social-emotional goals
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills and contribute to a positive school culture
