Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification from the BACB
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and data collection
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and provide feedback to supervisors
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small-group ABA interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to enhance student learning and emotional development
  • Collect and record accurate behavioral data
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency of care
  • Support students classroom participation, social skills, and independence
  • Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to maintain RBT standards and professional growth
