This contract position runs from ASAP through June 2027, providing a rewarding opportunity to use your experience and training throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or ABA training required
- At least 48 college credits or a valid paraprofessional certificate or RBT certification
- Previous experience supporting children as an RBT, ABA Therapist, or similar paraprofessional role
- Understanding of evidence-based interventions for children on the autism spectrum
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to participate in virtual interviews
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of BCBA or special education staff
- Assist students one-on-one or in small groups, promoting positive behaviors and facilitating learning in both academic and social-emotional domains
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and other school personnel to ensure effective support
- Collect and maintain documentation on student progress and data on behavioral interventions
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for young students

Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $37.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
