Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Prior experience providing behavioral support in schools or pediatric settings
- Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to students under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
- Support implementation of social skills programs and positive behavior supports across school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education personnel
- Maintain confidentiality while ensuring the safety and well-being of students
