Job Description
A full-time position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in a school environment located in Durham, NH. This contract role involves providing direct behavioral support in both 1:1 and group settings, supporting students with individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior intervention services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement behavior plans and data collection accurately in 1:1 or group settings
- Monitor and document student progress to inform treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistent behavioral strategies
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time hours in a contract position
- Commitment to following protocols and maintaining data integrity
