Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Prior experience working with children or students, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings
- Demonstrated knowledge of implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with behavior analysts, educators, and families
- Patience, adaptability, and organizational skills to manage multiple student needs
- Reliability and professionalism in maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct support to students in a classroom or one-on-one setting, reinforcing appropriate behaviors and skill development
- Collect and accurately record data pertaining to students behavioral progress
- Assist with the development of social, academic, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and parents to support student success
- Participate in ongoing staff meetings, trainings, and supervision as required
