Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school or clinical environment
- Understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and team members
- Ability to collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist students in achieving individualized goals, promoting positive behaviors and skill-building
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support within classrooms or specialized settings
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and caregivers to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely data regarding student progress and behavioral incidents
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required by the contract
