Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience in school settings preferred, with familiarity supporting diverse student populations in grades K-12

• Patience, empathy, and adaptability in responding to individual student needs

What Youll Do:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
• Assist in developing strategies that reinforce positive student behavior
• Support teachers and classroom staff in applying behavioral interventions
• Monitor, observe, and redirect students as appropriate to help them achieve IEP goals
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on student-centered solutions
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
