Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience in school settings preferred, with familiarity supporting diverse student populations in grades K-12
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in responding to individual student needs
What Youll Do:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
- Assist in developing strategies that reinforce positive student behavior
- Support teachers and classroom staff in applying behavioral interventions
- Monitor, observe, and redirect students as appropriate to help them achieve IEP goals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on student-centered solutions
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
