Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with students in educational or similar settings, preferably across K12
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability when working with diverse age groups and backgrounds
• Previous school-based experience is highly valued

Responsibilities Include:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect, document, and report data to track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent approaches and positive outcomes
• Support students during classroom activities, transitions, and therapeutic settings
• Reinforce appropriate behaviors and provide assistance with coping and social skills
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA and RBT practices
