Key Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with active credentials
- Experience working directly with middle school-aged students is highly desirable
- Skilled in both 1:1 and group-based behavioral interventions
- Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Strong multitasking abilities, flexibility, and a proactive, compassionate approach to student support
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions in 1:1 and group settings within a school environment
- Accurately record and report on student progress, collecting relevant data as required
- Support the implementation and modification of behavior intervention plans under the supervision of BCBAs
- Assist classroom teachers in promoting positive behavior and maximizing student engagement
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality at all times while building meaningful rapport with students and staff
- Contribute actively to a safe, inclusive, and encouraging school atmosphere
