Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting
  • Familiarity with providing support across a wide range of grade levels (1-12)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful rapport with students and staff
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to proactive problem solving
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing student needs
  • Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to students
  • Collect accurate data on student progress and behaviors
  • Implement behavior support plans under guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, counselors, and families
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and independence
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing student assessments
  • Promote student safety, well-being, and inclusion within the school community
